SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail OR USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your package.

*If you want to ensure your order is shipped with priority mail, or arrives before a certain date, please contact before placing your order*

Once packages are shipped and confirmed with USPS, your order is fulfilled. I am unable to take responsibility for packages damaged or lost by shipping companies. 

If you do encounter a lost or damaged package - please let me know. I'm happy to provide a discount code, a small gift of store credit, or to help you facilitate an insurance claim with USPS.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
